R-Panel
Our R-Panel is a multi-use wall and roof panel used primarily in pre-engineered metal building applications that is designed for strength & durability. These panels are available in all colors, provide 3′ of coverage per panel width, and are custom cut to length.
R-Panel is the definition of commercial metal roofing. With it’s industry leading looks and commercial grade strength, R-Panel can meet your roofing needs.
Very similar in looks to our Tuff-Rib panel, R-Panels’ main differences are in the height of its ribs. It has four 1-1/4″ ribs instead of five 3/4″ ribs, spaced 12″ apart instead of 9″.

Brute Strength
Some metal roofing tries to look great, while performing. R-Panel was designed purely with performance in mind. It may look nice, but that’s just a by-product of its strength.
Low Slope Expert
When you have a roof with slopes as low as 1:12, R-Panel is your solution. It’s higher-than-average 1-1/4″ ribs give it what it takes to perform on nearly any roof.
For slopes with 3:12 or less, we recommend using our butyl sealant between the laps for greater protection, as well as stitch screws that pull the panels tighter together.
Spans the Distance
R-Panel can be installed on open framing up to 5′ apart, which is why it is used on so many steel buildings. In fact, an estimated 80-90% of metal buildings have R-Panel installed on it for this very reason.
